MGMA Incentive Increases Giving by 62%

This year, Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), headquartered in Colorado, continued their employee giving campaign using CHC’s Purpose Platform and implemented their first-ever employee incentive. Every employee that pledged at least $1 per pay period was rewarded with a $50 company match and a $75 staff-sponsored (combined impact of $125) to their chosen nonprofits, resulting in a 62% increase in company giving.
