Healthier Mom Kits Project for Elevance Health Foundation

Recently, CHC facilitated a volunteer Healthier Mom Kits assembly project for Elevance Health Foundation. Jasmine Jones, Program Associate at CHC, spoke about the importance of the kits and the Elevance-supported Black Birthing Initiative. To date we have sent 5,500 Healthier Mom Kits into local communities in 12 states!
