CHC Takes Part in HHS Black Maternal Health Summit

On Friday, April 12, we were honored to be a part of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)‘s 2nd annual Black Maternal Health Outcomes Matter: Keeping Hope Alive! summit. CHC’s Black Birthing Initiative was discussed as a successful and replicable model for improving maternal health outcomes.
