Hilti AfterShock

In July, Hilti partnered with CHC to address the Black maternal health crisis and reduce preterm births. Hilti employees and their families built 1,000 Healthier Moms Kits, plus Hilti hosted a live screening of the powerful documentary, AfterShock, the journey of two bereaved families who galvanize activists, birth workers and others. Hilti also hosted a panel discussion featuring CHC Board Member and Hilti Senior VP Alison Braman alongside documentary cast Shawnee Gibson, founder of the Ariah Foundation, Myla Flores, founder of Womb Bus Project and The Birthing Place, and Bruce McIntyre, partner of Amber Rose Isaac who died during childbirth. CHC also created a special giving page for Hilti to support safe, respectful maternal healthcare.
