CHC Celebrates Outgoing Board Members Romana Rolniak and Xiaoteng X. Huang (X)
CHC is proud to celebrate outgoing board members, Romana Rolniak and Xiaoteng X. Huang (X) and thank them for their dedicated service.
Romana is celebrating 17 years at Walmart, where she currently serves as the Director of Global Communications, Supply Chain. Romana previously served in other communication roles with Walmart, including associate engagement and fundraising, as well as roles with the Walmart Foundation where she supported volunteerism, workplace giving and communications. Romana has been promoted twice at Walmart during her CHC board tenure plus achieved a micro-masters from MIT.
Romana joined her first CHC board meeting in fall 2018 and served on the CHC communications, finance, and market futures committees. Romana contributed two pieces for CHC’s CSR Center: A Mom’s Realization About Social Determinants of Health and No One Carries Around a Thesaurus in Their Back Pocket – her articles were some of the most popular on CHC’s social media at the time.
X joined the CHC board in 2017 as the co-founder and owner of PinKU Japanese Street Food. While at PinkU, X earned an MBA from Yale School of Management. He was recruited by McKinsey & Company and now then moved to General Mills, joining their Disruptive Growth division to work on innovative food solutions. X is a 40 Under 40 Winner, awarded by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. X served on CHC’s Audit & Risk Committee.
