CHC: Creating Healthier Communities brings nonprofits, businesses, and communities together around a shared commitment to better health and wellbeing. For nearly 70 years, CHC has worked together with partners to address the barriers to good health and equity and create resilient communities where everyone can thrive.

We are driven by the urgency of now. The barriers to health which trigger disparities in health outcomes are unnecessary, preventable, and terminable. We believe we must act now, and we work every day to end disparities, leading through our shared humanity—as individuals, as communities, and as a nation.

CHC impacts more than 5,000 nonprofits every year, officially partnering with 1,300 organizations of all sizes, and financially supporting additional organizations through our community-based work and workplace giving and volunteerism campaigns.
