Current Status & Transition
We are currently in the process of a comprehensive digital transformation. Our team is actively working on a full website redesign specifically engineered to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
During this transition period, we recognize that some areas of our legacy site may not yet be fully optimized for all assistive technologies. We have implemented a roadmap to resolve these gaps as part of our upcoming site launch, scheduled for Q3/4 of 2026.

Our Roadmap for 2026
To ensure we meet and maintain high standards of digital inclusion, CHC is taking the following steps:
- Site Revamp: Building a new web architecture with accessibility-first code.
- Training: Providing accessibility training for our content creators to ensure all future updates (images, PDFs, and videos) meet compliance standards.
- Ongoing Audits: Transitioning to regular automated and manual testing to identify and remediate barriers.
